34 Sea Lodge is a modern, sea front facing apartment located on the 3rd floor of the stunning Sea Lodge apartment complex in the heart of Umhlanga Rocks, and has direct beach access to the main bathing beach. The apartment comfortably sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms. The apartment boasts spectacular sea views off the balcony, lounge and 2 of the 3 bedrooms.
This beautiful self catering apartment consists of a lounge, dining area and a fully fitted modern kitchen. There are three double bedrooms with two bathrooms. The apartment comfortably sleeps six people with a Queen bed in the main bedroom and a two single beds in each of the other two bedrooms. Quality linen, bath and swimming towels are provided.
Off the lounge, dining room, main bedroom and second bedroom is a shared balcony with spectacular sea views. The kitchen is modern and is beautifully appointed and fully equipped with a microwave oven, under counter oven and hob as well as a dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The apartment has satellite TV (DSTV – full bouquet). FREE high speed FIBRE Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the apartment. The main bedroom is air-conditioned ONLY, whilst all the bedrooms and lounge area have ceiling fans. Enjoy wonderful sea breezes through the sliding doors of the main and second bedrooms.
A R2000 incidental deposit is required. This deposit is refundable after departure, provided the apartment is left in good condition. There will also be an additional once off cleaning fee of R300.
The apartment is serviced daily except on Sundays and public holidays. Secure undercover parking and open guest parking and trailer parking is provided for your vehicles. There is a swimming pool in the complex for the exclusive use of residents, complete with braai (BBQ) facilities.
34 Sea Lodge is ideally situated with direct beach access and the world class Promenade which stretches along the coastline for 5km. The apartment is within walking distance of the Umhlanga Village and numerous restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. One can park your car at the beginning of your holiday and have no need to use it again for your entire stay.
